As a Vice President of Client Services with Mastercard Data & Services, Jeff guides strategic testing for over a dozen clients in retail, hospitality, banking, insurance, and consumer goods. Jeff has helped companies apply store and customer level Test & Learn analytics to a diverse set of initiatives, including marketing, merchandising, pricing, operations, capital investments, and more.  Finally, Jeff has contributed to APT's software platform development, and is named on several APT patents.  Jeff has a B.S and M.S in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Mark D’Agostino, Treasurer & Co-Founder

As Vice President of Product & Services with DreamBox Learning, Mark is focused on leveraging technology and data science to help students in grades K-8 be successful in math and in life. Before joining DreamBox Learning, Mark led product strategy for Applied Predictive Technologies, then the world's largest cloud-based provider of predictive analytics software. He has over twenty years of experience building teams and growing organizations, with a focus on creating new technologies and applying quantitative analysis to drive decisions. Mark has a B.S in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He now lives in Seattle with his wife, Susan Ruffo.

Christien Oliver, Secretary

As the Director of Business Development & Legal Affairs for H2bid.com, Christien implements growth opportunities for the only online procurement portal dedicated to the water and wastewater industries. Before joining H2bid.com, Christien practiced labor and employment law with an international law firm. A Detroit native, Christien has a B.A. from Michigan State University and a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.
